Welcome to Volume 106, hope everyone is enjoying their Monday so far. We have 17 new tracks for you this week, including Jamie xx, SZA, Flatbush Zombies, De La Soul, a couple from 50 Cent, a couple from Smoke DZA, three from the guys over at Soulection Records and more.
Spazzkid – “At Fault (feat. There Is A Fox)”
Spazzkid is Mark Redito from Los Angeles. I’m a little late to the party on this one, but here’s a collaboration he did with good friend Hiro Makino (aka There Is A Fox). These two create a gorgeous arrangement of chillwave instrumentation, something I can and will listen to over and over and over again.
Available on Bandcamp
The distinct eclectic sound from Jamie xx has returned for the pleasure of our eardrums. The London producer really outdid himself on this one.

50 Cent – “Smoke (feat. Trey Songz)”
50 is making a very convincing case to prove his reinstatement as a top tier emcee again. This potential summer jam takeover is produced by Dr. Dre. UPDATE: iTunes Quality

Chromeo – “Jealous (I Ain’t With It) [The Chainsmokers Remix]”
These two fellas from New York clearly don’t plan on stopping their stardom train anytime soon. They keep churning out gems, one after another, this time around giving Chromeo a little more hype then funk.

Smoke DZA – “Ghost of Dipset (feat. Cam’ron)”
Produced by King Thelonious
Smoke DZA – “Fhvt BVsturd (feat. Joey Bada$$)”
DZA’s upcoming album Dream.Zone.Achieve drops tomorrow, and here are a couple joints from the 3-Act project. Produced by Kirk Knight
Here’s the other release from Curtis this week, produced by Shamtrax. Look out for Animal Amibition, coming June 3rd.

From the talented Soulection camp, I present NiceGuyxVinny to you. Here’s one from his latest project V I S T A, which you can download for free HERE
SZA – “Child’s Play (feat. Chance The Rapper)”
Top Dawg Entertainment’s SZA is gearing up for her label debut, so why not enlist Mr. Popular, Chance The Rapper for a melodic number.
Trey continues to keep the ball rolling with this slow jam, which is the epitome of “Trey Songz” track; smooth vocals, emotion, and even a little falsetto thrown in.
De La Soul – “Goes With The Word”
In case you missed it, De La dropped a free project this past week, exclusively produced by the late legend J Dilla. Here’s a taste; download it for free HERE
Waldo – “Kobe’s Room (Revision)”
We have a second feature from Soulection Records in the mix, this one coming from emcee Waldo, as he plays on Drake’s “Look What You’ve Done.”
Abhi & Dijon – “Let Me Know (Dpat & Atu Remix)”
The third feature from the boys at Soulection comes in the form of a remix. Dpat & Atu give the original a lounge feel with a slight jazz infusion.
Rick Ross – “Thug Cry (axxxxgxxx Remix) [feat. Lil Wayne]”
I never thought i’d hear a Rozay track in this zone, but I dig it. UPDATE: axxxxgxxx just did a re-edit that includes the Ross & Wayne vocals – if you want it without, download it HERE
Jame Fauntleroy – “Children of the Love”
James Fauntleroy continues to impress me with his vast skill-set, as he strips this one down to an acoustic guitar.
This is one of my favourite beats from French Montana’s Coke Boys 4, so what were the chances of Harry Fraud delivering just the instrumental.
Flatbush Zombies – “Don’t Do Drugs Kids”
The underrated Zombies continue to drop gold, in a grungy manner. Produced by Erick Arc Elliott
