AHM Network: 3 Kingz

Ricky Rozay’s most anticipated project God Forgives, I Don’t dropped today and I have a feeling sales are going to be enormous. First though, here’s a little something different from the MMG frontman. While i’m not opposed to the dark, aggressive, MMG-affliate packed videos, this is a nice change. The video jumps up and down the timeline of the three artists’ lives. From Dre’s days with Snoop Dogg (now Lion i’m told), Ross in the hood, Jay wearing grills to Monster products and Maybachs.

Throwback Thursday: 1998

I was sitting in a pub during my lunch break on Monday, and whaddaya know, New Radicals comes on with their smash (one-hit) single “You Get What You Give.” Figured it was time to look through my iTunes library and see what 1998 had to offer. It was the unfortunate demise of an iconic Hip Hop group you may have heard of, A Tribe Called Quest and the entrance of another; the Gorillaz. We met a blonde teenager named Britney Spears, and said goodbye to a legend, Frank Sinatra.

It’s Monday July 9th, 2012, and summer is here.

I am incredibly happy to announce Bloc Party is back in the lab, and have signed a distribution deal with one of my favourite labels, Arts & Crafts.
