This week’s mix sees two fresh cuts from Boots, a mesmerizing ODESZA remix, Bas of Dreamville Records dropping bars, the return of Lana Del Rey, Chance The Rapper fighting back, brand new single from The Black Keys, Future and Kanye’s collaboration and more. Let’s go!
Happy Monday from AHM, and welcome to Volume 107 of our Blues & Beats series. This week in the mix we have a few superb remixes, fresh cuts from DZA, the Zombies, Strand of Oaks, The New Royales, B.o.B, a feature from D-WHY, Snoop Dogg paying tribute to his uncle, and Aubrey Season has struck again. Let’s get into it
Welcome to Volume 106, hope everyone is enjoying their Monday so far. We have 17 new tracks for you this week, including Jamie xx, SZA, Flatbush Zombies, De La Soul, a couple from 50 Cent, a couple from Smoke DZA, three from the guys over at Soulection Records and more.
We have yet another talented producer out of the SOULECTION camp. Vincent Martinez aka NiceGuyxVinny has served up a fresh project today that goes by the name V I S T A. Put simply; vista means ‘a far-reaching mental view,’ which Mr. Martinez clearly grasps all too well.
As promised, De La Soul has finished with the teasing, and have dropped their latest project for free. Smell the Da.I.S.Y. is entirely produced by the late legend, J Dilla. This is truly an extraordinary gift from the boys of Long Island, NY; a gift I would gladly pay good money for. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Posdnuos called Dilla “the Tupac of producers,” and this project is a clear testament to that statement.
This week in Volume 105, there’s a freestyle from the Jay’s of Roc Nation, the return of Fucked Up, fresh vibes from Wu and De La, and Miguel covering Elton John. Hit the jump and get listening.
Good afternoon folks, Happy St. Patricks Day and welcome to Volume 104. This weeks mix brings us new material from the likes of Jay Electronica, Calvin Harris, 50 Cent, Jhené Aiko, Sia, as well as a few dazzling remixes.
